I have been meaning to link to Steves site for a bit. Over Christmas our roving buddies Steve and Jem came to visit NZ for a few months and graced us with their presence (and presents) for a number of weeks. Steve has written up about his travels in the land of the long white cloud and it makes pretty good reading if you are planning a visit (Mum & Dad). Anyway - CLICK HERE and have a read if you fancy...

Thanks Paul, The Copley's site is great! (like yours). I especially enjoyed the Pyrenees walk and the bungy photograph from above looks amazing!

(Also Paul, please let your Mum know I am not talking about the Ashes Horribilis for the time being. (Although I do look forward to the Aussie physio and 12th man spending a few hours hanging around the wicket on the last day.))

Yeah - Steves a bit of an odd ball but his travels make good reading.

I'll let mum know, she is positively fizzing at the moment though so I can't guarantee your safety from all communications I'm afraid! Keep your head down is what I suggest - every slump has to come to an end some time. Maybe Greg Norman can get up there at the next golfing Major for you?

Hi Garry m'dear, we're just wondering............has Cadel finished his Tour yet? didn't notice him in gay Paree!
Simply can't wait until tomorrow, Thursday day one of the 3rd Test. I hope that you are not suggesting that our noble Captain did anything dodgy...a long way to go to catch up with your little sour-faced R.P. who knows every trick in the book. Reckon you're missing Shaaane the Greatest.
Be seeing you sometime soon, so a bit of Respect!!

Hiya!

Yep, Paul called it early. Cadel couldn't repeat some of his recent achievements. We'll have to see how he bounces back from this one.

Last Saturday I went to a Northern Soul night in Freo. I've never been before and I was surprised to hear that there are at least a couple of functions a month around Perth. I guess that is what Tony DJs?

Ah, the crickit. Mater J, no wonder you've adopted a pseudonym (whoever you are!). I did see some kawstic komments from 19 July and the hand seems similar.
Stayed up til 2am to watch the draw. Won't be doing that again...

A new-look North End have another crack at promotion starting 8 August!

Cheers
Garry

Aw what a shame, dry your eyes then, you can concentrate on the Swann, such a beautiful sight! If we only had your climate eh, no rain to stop play.
Does your remark constitute Bugger squared? X
